James Desmond Mugenyi Muzimanuki
he wasCommissioned 2nd Lieutenant in the Uganda Army. Dismissed from the army by Idi Amin in 1972. He became a Regent for his nephew, Oyo Nyimba Kabamba Iguru Rukidi IV, on 26 August 1994
